This sunny morning session at the Campbell’s historic home in Fort Worth was a breath of fresh air. Natalie and her family were overjoyed to have added sweet little Hayes into their family! Natalie and her husband Ryan have an 8-year-old son named Wyatt, a 5-year-old daughter named Shepherd, and their new 3-month-old Hayes. Their family is always on the go, involved, and full of joy. Their home was the perfect backdrop for these airy, full of life photos.
When asking Natalie what her favorite part of the session was, she said it was watching her two older kids love on baby Hayes! She was reminded of the sweet gifts from God that they are. Natalie also shared that her favorite photo from the session was of her three babies, Wyatt, Shepherd, and Hayes all together. She is so glad to have these sweet moments of her children together captured.
I asked Natalie a couple questions about the importance of getting newborn photos taken and these were here responses–
Q: Why would you suggest getting photos with your newborn to other moms?
A: “I would enthusiastically suggest you prioritize photos with your newborn. Not only is it a wonderful experience, but you will inevitably want these to look back on. Our babies are only this little once, and I think there would be a lot of regret having not captured it. And honestly, even if you don’t think you look great after having a baby, Elle always chooses flattering poses, making them pictures you actually want to keep.”
Q: In fifty years, how do you imagine you will look back on these photos and the memories of this season?
A: “I can’t imagine how much I will treasure these photos. I love them even now, and I still have my babies little. When my children are grown up and are parents of their own, I think my heart will swell with love and adoration looking at these photos. I’m also getting quite teary even now thinking about looking back at them and they’re no longer young. I just know that they will be the biggest treasure to have documenting this time in our lives, probably the best time in our lives. I am beyond thankful to have these photos.”
